When should the roofer be scheduled on a new build?

Book us when plans are ready, then let us know when framing and sheathing are complete. We dry the house in right after, so interior trades can start, and come back for gutters once siding, paint and grading are done.

Do you install gutters on new construction too?

Yes. Seamless aluminum gutters formed on site, color-matched to the trim, with oversized options for high-volume runoff and downspouts routed away from the foundation. Leaf Terminator gutter guards can go on at the same time.

Can a homebuyer upgrade to Class 4 shingles during construction?

Often, yes. Many builders offer it as an upgrade, typically $1,500 to $3,500, which is far less than retrofitting later. Many Oklahoma insurers also discount the premium for Class 4 roofs.

What should a new construction roofing bid include?

The exact shingle product and grade, underlayment type, ice-and-water coverage, drip edge, ventilation and flashing details, who handles the permit, cleanup and disposal, timeline, and both manufacturer and workmanship warranty terms in writing.
