2Who We Are

RainTech Roofing, Sheet Metal & Gutters is a roofing, gutter and sheet metal contractor based at 3815 S. 79th East Ave, Tulsa, OK 74145, licensed by the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board under License No. 80001347.

3Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful, personal or business purposes related to learning about or requesting our services. You agree not to:

4Estimates, Calculators and Website Content

The Website includes price ranges, budget estimators, calculators, checklists and other tools. These are illustrations only. They are not quotes, bids, estimates or offers, and they are not binding on RainTech.

Actual prices depend on an inspection of your property and on factors such as size, pitch, materials, decking, access, code requirements and the scope of work. Any price we commit to will be in a written proposal or contract.

Insurance, cost and material information on the Website is general information, not legal, insurance, tax or financial advice. Your policy, your insurer and your own advisors determine how it applies to you.

5Inspections, Quotes and Work

Requesting an inspection or quote through the Website does not create a contract or obligate you or us to perform any work. Free inspections carry no obligation.

Any work we perform is governed by a separate written proposal or contract signed by you and RainTech, including its scope, price, payment terms, schedule and warranties. If anything on the Website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms.

6Insurance Claims

We can inspect and document damage and meet with your insurance adjuster, but we are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, insurance agent or attorney. Coverage and payment decisions are made by your insurer under your policy.

Oklahoma law prohibits contractors from paying, waiving, absorbing or rebating an insurance deductible. You are responsible for your deductible.

8Storm Alerts

The Website may display severe weather alerts sourced from the National Weather Service. They are provided for general information only, may be delayed or incomplete, and should not be relied on for safety decisions. Follow official sources and local emergency officials during severe weather.

9Intellectual Property

The Website’s content, including text, photos, video, graphics, tools, logos and design, is owned by RainTech or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

By using our free inspection or any of our services, you expressly grant RainTech permission to photograph and record your roof and property during our work, and to use those photos and videos, along with any review or testimonial you give us, in our marketing, including the Website, social media and advertising. We do not publish house numbers or your full street address.
