RainTech Roofing, Sheet Metal & Gutters is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Solution Specialist. In this dynamic outside sales role, you will serve as an expert on our products and services, confidently providing tailored solutions to meet our customers’ roofing needs. Working closely with our inside sales and estimating teams, you will collaborate to ensure that customers receive the best products and warranties to fit their requirements and budget.
We offer a comprehensive training program with guaranteed training pay, setting you up for success as you embark on your sales journey with us. Following training, you’ll enjoy a competitive base salary and commission structure, with earning potential ranging from $45,000 to $200,000 in the first year, based on experience and performance.
While prior experience in roofing or general construction is advantageous, it is not required as we provide thorough product and sales training.
