As a Lead Gutter Installer, you will play a crucial role in our team, overseeing the installation of gutter systems with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, and upholding OSHA and internal safety regulations at all times.
As a lead position, prior experience with installing gutters and gutter protection is mandatory for this position. As a Gutter Leadman, you are rewarded with earning potential ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 in the first year, based on experience and performance.
